REFUNDS

At Zaebel, we genuinely hope that your Zaebel pieces bring you as much joy as they do to us. However, if for any reason you find yourself wanting to return an item for a refund, we've made the process seamless.

Here are the requirements for Zaebel refunds:
Any refunds or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
Only full-price items are eligible for a full refund.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only, unless they are faulty.
Returned items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Used, damaged, soiled or altered items may be rejected and returned to the customer.

For your peace of mind, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage when returning items via the post office.

Steps to request a refund:
If you wish to request a refund, please email us at info@zaebel.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our customer service team will respond promptly and guide you through the refund process.
Once your refund request is approved, securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the refund back to your original form
of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes finding the perfect fit can be a challenge, which is why we offer free and easy size exchanges for your Zaebel items which we do so via email. Please follow the requirements and steps below to organise an exchange of your items.

Here are the requirements for exchanges:
Any refunds or exchanges must be processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
We offer one free exchange per order. Additional exchanges will incur shipping costs.
Exchanged items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Used, damaged, soiled or altered items may be rejected and returned to the customer.
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number and proof of postage when returning items via the post office.

Please email info@zaebel.com your tracking number and item(s) you wish to return.
Our customer service team will respond promptly and guide you through the exchange process.
Once your exchange request is approved, securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process the exchange and send out your replacement item(s) promptly.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you've received an item with defects or if you've received the incorrect item entirely (such as the wrong size, colour or product), we sincerely apologise and wish to assist you with resolving this as soon as possible.
